AI day: nine releases, all infrastructure plumbing

Nine of nineteen releases today came from AI projects, all infrastructure work with no new models. Open Interpreter improved provider discovery and added Qwen tool-use diagnostics. llama.cpp added Kimi-K3 recurrent-state rollback. Qwen Code gained workflow visualization. ElevenLabs pushed two Python SDK and CLI updates. Bitcoin had six items scattered across client and middleware layers: BTCPay disabled NFC payments by default, Ride The Lightning hardened login lockout, NodeGuard added RBF fee-bump logic. Privacy saw four releases, most minor or nightly. No protocol work, no CVEs, no concentrated signal beyond the AI count.
